Our Vision:

Littlewoods operates under a strict code of ethics as a member of The Estate Agents Board and as a member of the National Association of Managing Agents. Our aim is to provide a personalised, efficient and professional Management Service to Bodies Corporate and Homeowners Associations no matter how big or small. We are fully aware of the high quality of service expected of a managing agent and the need to adhere to deadlines.

Qualifications and Professional Associations:

The directors are associated with the Institute of Administration and Commerce and the South African Institute for Business Accountants.  We pride ourselves on being fully conversant with the Sectional Title Act.  In addition to these qualifications our staff has completed the NQF Level 4 and 5 Recognition of Prior Learning in accordance with legislation as set down by the Estate Agents Board.  We have a total of 18 years combined experience.

We ensure that our personnel are exposed to continued education and changing legislation applicable to Property Management.
